I keep trying to get motivated to put our tree up We always travel to Maui for Christmas, but I try to put our tree up before we leave. If I don’t do it early it just isn’t even worth it. I MUST do it today!

Actually after less than a day, the bottom few feet are now starting to look sparse as I have to keep shifting ornaments that Wise Guy likes to play with up to higher ground.

I always have the best intentions to decorate “more than the tree.” Every year I say “Let’s wait until the after christmas sales and buy a lot of decorations,” unfortunately I always forget how completely broke christmas makes you.
